The sweetest daughter of a Nigerian-born British-based super songstress, who sang “Sweetest Taboo”, is about to change to a man – yes! a man! Check this out, now . . .
Helen Folasade Adu, OBE (from Yoruba tribe in Nigeria: born 16 January 1959), known professionally as Sade Adu or simply Sade is a Nigerian-born English singer-songwriter, composer, arranger, and record producer (photo: above & below with daughter). With members Paul S. Denman, Andrew Hale, and Stuart Matthewman, Sade gained worldwide fame as the lead vocalist of the English band, ‘Sade’. Sade, the creator of the “Sweetest Taboo” music chart buster is in the news now for something about to be done or is being done by someone else – her only daughter.
The daughter of the Nigerian-born British-based songstress is about to change to a man. While sharing sex transition photos of herself on social media recently, the openly lesbian 20-year-old seems to be making a transition from female to a full male identity according to photos shared via her Instagram account.

Mickailia Ila Adu is the daughter the “Sweetest Taboo” singer had with Jamaican-American music producer, Bob Morgan about 20 years ago this year.
The new Instagram photos show Ila with her partner rocking male clothing items as well as spotting a male haircut and accessories. Unconfirmed reports indicate that as part of the preparation for the medical procedure for a sex change, Ila has been dressing up in male regalia and has also been taking male hormones inducing drugs with obvious changes noticed in her figure.

In a post on Instagram, she wrote: “Today is the first day of the rest of my life. 04/10/16#shotday #firstshot#finally#selfmademan#t ransman#proud#yaas#.” She is also known to have used the tagline many times: “I came in like a lamb, but I intend to leave like a lion.”
Sade Adu, whose list of famous songs includes “Smooth Operator”, has not made her feelings about her daughter’s sex change public yet. With over 110 million albums sold worldwide, Sade remains the most successful solo female artist in British history. Having lived the majority of her and their lives abroad – away from Nigeria, Sade’s mother country, mother and daughter will surely take kindly to the impending sex change – if it comes to fruition – God help them.
